As a Reliability Engineer – Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the plant reliability champion by implementation reliability methodologies & lead reliability excellence processes
• Performing root cause failure analysis on equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Leading cross functional teams into reliability analysis & reviews using the appropriate reliability tool, validates and deploys equipment strategies & procedures.
• Participating in routines maintenance to ensure maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.
• Providing input for annual maintenance budget
• Leading reliability improvement project

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor’s degree in mechanical is preferred.
• Have at least 5 years and above experience in plant reliability knowledge including troubleshooting (Static & Rotating)
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in chemical production environment
• Have teamwork capability.
• Have past or current experience handling preferred vendor.
• Have experience working in multifunctional team
