The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are responsible for the application of planned, dynamic and predictive maintenance approaches to provide improved asset reliability and resilience to meet and exceed regulatory performance and provide cost effective maintenance whilst delivering TOTEX benefits across the operational units.
As a Reliability Engineer ICA, within the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team, you will help ensure that all operational assets have appropriate maintenance plans to ensure reliability, resilience and sustainability and ensure they fulfil customer and stakeholder expectations. This is achieved by applying the right maintenance at the right time to secure cost efficient asset reliability.

WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

  • Degree in ICA discipline
  • Relevant ICA maintenance experience
  • Significant knowledge and application of reliability improvement techniques and practices
  • Broad experience with ICA equipment maintenance
  • Extensive experience of, and proficiency in the use of, Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, e.g. SAP S4) to develop reliability reports and the analysis of this data.
  • Experience of supporting and embedding change
