Description:

As a reliability engineer, you’ll be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance strategies and improving equipment reliability. Your role? Maximize the availability and performance of production equipment by collaborating with maintenance, engineering and production teams. You’ll be at the heart of our operational efficiency and commitment to excellence, in an environment focused on health and safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the rubber or polymer field
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools (vibration, thermography, etc.)
- Good knowledge of CMMS (GuideTI an asset
