AVIATION SECURITY OFFICER

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aviation Security Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, and employees at our aviation facility. This includes conducting security screenings of passengers and baggage, monitoring security cameras, and responding to security incidents as needed.

Reports To: Aviation Security Supervisor
Rate of pay: £12.00
Duties involve and not limited to:
Conduct security screenings of passengers, baggage, and cargo using x-ray machines and metal detectors.
Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and respond to security threats.
Enforce security procedures and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Conduct patrols of the aviation facility to identify and address any security risks.
Assist with emergency response procedures in the event of security incidents.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers and employees while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Applicants must be flexible and available for 24-hour shift work and hold a full, clean driving licence.

You will be working with clients within general (private) aviation industry where the customers enjoy an exceptional experience and with every flight a unique and tailor fit to suit their VIP and CIP demands.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and meet all requirements for obtaining the necessary Airport pass, including successfully passing a background check and providing a five-year work history.
