Relief Store Manager - 39 hours per week

Are you an experienced retail store manager looking for a fresh, exciting challenge?
Are you excited at the prospect of making a positive impact on multiple stores and get the opportunity to support different teams within a retail business?
Do you have a minimum of 2 years of retail store management experience?
If so, we have an opportunity for a Relief Store Manager to work with our retail store teams throughout the wider Dublin area.
A full clean driving licence is preferable as the position requires travel to any of the stores within your region on a daily basis, sometimes at short notice.

• The store operates in a safe manner, imposing minimal risk to both employees and customers

• Stores in their designated area are attended to cover manager absences
• A positive impact is made quickly upon entering a new store and Regatta’s standards are maintained until the permanent manager returns
• Flexibility is demonstrated by travelling to stores in Dublin area as and when required, often at short notice
• The relief store is managed as if “their own”
• Acts as an ambassador and role model for Regatta Company values
