Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and client focussed Relief Support Worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team in Coventry. This role is a relief role where the hours will be as and when required on a 0 hour contract. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £11.50 per hour as well as other great benefits which include:

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To key work and support clients generally within the Service including designated clients managed under the MAPPA arrangements accommodated via our Ministry of Justice contract
  • To provide support to our Fellow Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the Service and helping clients to achieve the aims of their support plan
  • To take an active role in the assessment and management of risk including the operation of physical and situational security measures
  • To ensure that all medication within the Service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
  • To supervise and monitor the behaviour of clients with any statutory order including MAPPA expectations, occupancy agreement or house rules
  • To support the arrival and depature of clients
