PAT THE BAKER HAS BEEN AN IRISH HOUSEHOLD BRAND SINCE 1953 AND IRISH PRIDE BEING THE 6TH LARGEST IRISH MANUFACTURED GROCERY BRAND IN THE RETAIL MARKET IN IRELAND. PAT THE BAKER/ IRISH PRIDE ARE NOW LOOKING TO EXPAND THEIR TEAM.

We currently have a vacancy for a Van Sales driver, based in the Sligo area, and require early start times, if you hold a full valid Driving license, are customers focused, motivated and enthusiastic please apply!
Primary Purpose of the Role: To load, transport and deliver Pat the Baker/Irish Pride products in a prompt, professional and safe manner in accordance with Company and legal standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a full category B licence and be over 25 years old
• Must have fluent verbal and written English
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanour
• Strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously with people at all levels within the organisation
• Own transport to and from Depot

• Drive your vehicle is a courteous and safe manner with regard to other road users and in accordance with road legislation and company policies and procedures
• Deliver Pat the Baker/Irish Pride products to customers in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company procedures.
• Ensure all deliveries are accounted for and the correct numbers of products are delivered every time.
• Maintain vehicle and complete daily and weekly vehicle checklists as required
• Rotate Company products on customers’ premises.
• At all times carry out all operational aspects of job with regard to documented company policies, procedures and safety information contained in the Drivers Handbook and other Company documents
