Scopo della posizione:
Supportare le attività di vendita dei canali Remarketing Retail facilitandone il processo operativo, favorendo il corretto flusso di informazioni ai venditori e gestendo i dati utili ad un adeguato monitoraggio dei principali KPI di processo con l’obiettivo di un continuo miglioramento delle performance sia in termini qualitativi che quantitativi.
Supportare le attività dei venditori al fine di curare un servizio al cliente orientato alla sua massima soddisfazione nell’acquisto.

Responsabilità:

• Supporto ai processi di vendita con follow-up degli stakeholders coinvolti
• Lead management Direct
• Analisi e monitoraggio della CS
• Gestione della Customer Database per un efficace invio delle DEM (Direct)
• Analisi e monitoraggio dei principali KPI di processo
• Gestione casi in Salesforce relativi alla coda ITA DIRECT

Competenze/conoscenze tecnico-specialistiche:

• Ottime capacità di analisi
• Ottime capacità relazionali
• Propensione a lavorare in team
• Gestione del tempo
• Conoscenza approfondita delle procedure in essere, e dei relativi KPI di monitoraggio
