YOUR ROLE

Are you currently studying and looking for a job to fill the hours between now and Christmas? Or are you looking for some extra money to finally book that overseas trip? We are currently seeking tech-savvy individuals to join our dynamic call centre team and provide exceptional customer support in a modern and innovative environment.
As a Remediation Representative, you will work efficiently to provide a high level of customer service to customers impacted by an IAG remediation. As the first point of contact for customers, you will ensure they are remediated in line with IAG’s purpose and values.
This role is working from the comfort of your own home, taking calls from direct customers, brokers and authorised representatives to process their refunds.
You’ll start on 30th Sept 2024 and will receive comprehensive training online from home.
You will need to be located within 2 hours of our Parramatta office.
This role is a casual opportunity with a minimum of 20 hours per week with a maximum of 37.5 hours.
This work will be required up till 20th December 2024 (subject to business requirements)
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm. You will be given a 4 week roster of your allocated shifts once we have worked with you on your availability.

Within this role you will be expected to:

  • Manage high volumes of inbound telephone customer enquiries for customer remediations
  • Work in a team environment to take calls whilst adhering to Compliance of both IAG and external requirements.
  • Manage the processing of payments or applicable remediation action for customers where required.
  • Meet the minimum Work from Home internet speed test requirements and complete a work from home check.
  • Support achievements of the team and IAG’s objectives by demonstrating IAG’s core behaviour
