DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a BMC Remedy Developer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong proficiency in BMC Remedy workflow development, forms design, and report generation.
- Experience with BMC Atrium CMDB and BMC ITSM Suite.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, forms, and reports within BMC Remedy AR System.
- Integrating BMC Remedy with other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware.
- Configuring and maintaining BMC Remedy platform components such as BMC Atrium CMDB, BMC Service Desk, and BMC ITSM Suite.
- Performing BMC Remedy software upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to BMC Remedy applications.
- Documenting technical designs, release notes, and procedures.
