We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Remote Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity, as part of the virtual sales approach, to develop and maintain relationships with Syneos Health customers and actively promote those customer’s portfolios and programs. You will partner with the field sales team and support them with their leads, events and stakeholder management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in hematology sales, account management, or a related role
- A strong understanding of hematology products and services is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build rapport.
- A hands-on mentality partnered with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering value to clients and driving business growth.
- Flexibility to adapt to a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Multi-communications Channel experience
- German & and English language skills both verbal and written is important.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets, leveraging market insights and product knowledge through various communication channels.
- Ensure successive potential-based coverage of HCPs, validate awareness and previous treatment status and patient potential.
- Present our customers hematology product taking legal requirements into account and increase awareness in the target group, sustainably increasing the use of the product.
- Identify opinion leaders and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them.
- Ensure agile project implementation that is closely aligned with the requirements of our customer based on agreed KPIs
- Ensure regular close coordination following the agreed project plan, including shadow calling, ensures agile project management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth in the hematology market
