Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Remote Administrative Coordinator to support our management team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow-up on project deadlines.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
