  • Availability: You are available at the latest with 40h/week
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
  • Dependable: Proven track record of executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ownership Mentality: Experience owning and driving key metrics like leads or sales pipeline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), creating landing pages, and crafting effective messaging. Comfortable using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance writing efficiency and quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with in-house teams, supporting and leveraging their skills.
  • Languages: English is a must, German is nice to have.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Previous remote work experience, with strong communication skills using tools like Slack.
  • Travel: You are willing to travel multiple times a year to community and company events

YOUR TASKS

LEADERS IN CONSULTING is an exclusive community for CEOs, Partners, and Managing Directors in the consulting industry. We foster business growth through knowledge exchange and networking. Our community includes leaders from prestigious firms such as BCG, PWC, EY, Porsche Consulting, and Wipro. Additionally, we have sponsors like Unit4, eGym WELLPASS, and IFZA Dubai. Your mission is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members, specifically Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees. We offer a collaborative, supportive, and fun environment that promotes personal and professional development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies.
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO and CTO.
  • Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London.
  • Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events.
