JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driven Brands is looking for remote Call Center agents to support our Auto Glass Now Team. You will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone or via email and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies. The right candidate will understand general Customer Service principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience.
- Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
- Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy.
- Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and less than 1 year of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards
- Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
