REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary for resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
