We are currently seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our outstanding client support.
*QUALIFICATIONS: *
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the immigration or legal field.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism (French) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues amicably and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on immigration processes and services offered by the firm.
- Assist clients in completing forms and understanding documentation requirements.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and escalate complex cases or client concerns to senior consultants when necessary.
- Participate in training and ongoing development to stay updated on immigration policies and company protocols.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients to feel comfortable expressing their needs.
