Position Overview: The Remote Delivery Engineer will be responsible for the remote monitoring and diagnostics of critical power generation equipment, including Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG), Gas and Steam turbines, and Compressors. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in P&IDs, equipment and instrumentation datasheets, and Balance of Plant (BOP) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of combined cycle plants, control room operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, desk-based environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in remote monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment, including HRSGs, Gas and Steam turbines, and Compressors.
- Strong experience with P&IDs, equipment, and instrumentation datasheets.
- Proficiency in Balance of Plant (BOP) systems and their components.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in using Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently as a desk engineer in a remote environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Combined Cycle Plants and Control Room operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform remote monitoring and diagnostics of power generation equipment, including HRSGs, Gas and Steam turbines, and Compressors.

- Monitor and manage Balance of Plant (BOP) systems to maintain optimal operation and performance.
- Provide detailed reports on equipment performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve technical issues and optimize plant performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all monitoring activities and diagnostic results.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of issues and solutions.
