Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, employment law, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR compliance.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with teams from diverse functions and geographical locations.
- Strong analytical abilities: adept at handling substantial data, deriving insights, developing recommendations, and effectively communicating findings to individuals across the organization.
- Extensive experience conducting and managing workplace and HR audits.
- Proven track record of successfully collaborating with various teams within the organization, such as legal advisors, HR professionals, and other department heads.
- Proficient in task prioritization and adept at managing various responsibilities simultaneously, while effectively utilizing the team’s skills and capacities to achieve timely outcomes.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Masters in HR, Juris Doctor, or other specialized training in HR Compliance and Auditing preferred. Equivalent experience in HR Compliance and Auditing will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement HR Compliance auditing and assessments, delivering outcomes of multiple compliance-related projects.
- Lead and conduct regular and comprehensive audits of HR procedures, policies, and high-risk employment law practices to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to recommend, develop, and implement corrective actions to address identified risks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports, documentation, and records to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
- Track and provide updates on compliance metrics, program effectiveness, and progress to senior management.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Design and deliver strategies to ensure alignment with labor and employment requirements, standards, laws, and company objectives.
- Enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency through the development and implementation of strategic approaches.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current employment laws.
