Description:
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Responsibilities:
Our People team is creating a unique culture at Docusign - one that is collaborative and one that embraces the full range of perspectives and experiences of all our employees. People are what drive our company’s success. That is why we focus on hiring the right people and giving them the tools and training they need to Make their Mark. As a company with over 50% of our employees working remotely full time and all of our employees working remotely at some point, we understand the importance of prioritizing employee experience and engagement for our remote workers. We recognize our people are driven by a sense of purpose and want to give back. That’s why we established the Docusign IMPACT Foundation and the Docusign for Forests initiative which demonstrates our people’s character in action.
As a Consultant, you are designing and supporting implementation of programs, policies and experiences that enhance engagement, productivity and connection for Docusign’s remote and hybrid workforce. You will drive the strategy and program development leveraging human-centered design methodologies, market research and internal data to understand users needs, develop concepts and pilots, and scale as appropriate across the organization. You will be adept at working and influencing across the organization at all levels to drive sustainable change and impact. As many of the policies and programs that impact remote work sit in functions outside of the People Team, the ability to build relationships and drive alignment is a critical part of this role.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Workplace Experience.
