POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional and personable Partnership Manager with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of existing clients, develop new business, and seek out new opportunities. Your goal will be to ensure outstanding customer service while meeting sales and client satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100-125 active accounts each semester
  • Achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Negotiate contracts effectively
  • Resolve client disputes and respond to inquiries
  • Provide regular reports on account performance
  • Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships and explore new market opportunities
  • Assist with critical client issues and escalations
  • Retain clients through excellent service each session
  • Meet company KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data is up to date
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Communicate weekly with instructors:
  • Foster strong relationships
  • Gather feedback on class quality
  • Ensure instructors have all necessary supplies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients
  • Protect the privacy of student, school, and instructor data
  • Assist with recruiting new staff as needed
  • Contribute to developing the company culture and vision
