THIS POSITION
We are seeking a talented Mobility Expense Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in performing billing audits, analyzing client data, and providing recommendations to optimize cost efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and clients.
- Analyze and audit telecom invoices using automated and manual approaches to identify errors and opportunities.
- Track and report on spend.
- Identify and communicate incorrect billing elements and erroneous charges.
- Prepare dispute claims and track status to completion.
- Meet established timelines for regular client reporting.
- Manage and track accounts and inventory.
- Analyze contracts and tariffs to determine appropriate rates and discounts.
- Provide analytical support to help clients achieve optimal cost efficiency and realize cost savings.
- Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Maintain a high focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Wireless or Telecom Expense Management experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including experience with “x-lookups”, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional communications among multiple teams.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong logic and reasoning skills.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with mobile phone/device data and voice services.
- Demonstrate research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficient in English language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
