JOB DESCRIPTION

CrazyGames.com, one of the world’s largest browser games platforms with over 35M monthly users, is looking for a (fully or hybrid) remote Product Analyst in Europe. You’ll report to the Head of Data and will work closely with the Product, Data and Engineering team. Your mission will be to use data and testing to identify problems with, and opportunities for the product . This will help us to compete with the major gaming platforms in the world.

On a typical day you might:

  • Identify hurdles in our User Experience to play a first game, or create an account by testing, watching user recordings, and diving into the billions of data points that we collect.
  • Figure out when users are quitting a game never to come back
  • Understand why the latest product release caused a drop in conversion to gameplay
  • Set up an automated report for the Quality Assurance team to save them time
  • Work with engineers to identify in what scenarios user progress is not being saved
  • Combine AB tests data analysis with testing as a user to understand reduced average playtime on certain screen solutions

Key outcomes for the role:

  • Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of the current product and the data stack, found 3 quick wins that improve CrazyGames by combining data analysis with user testing
  • Within 3 months, patterns that you find in our user data have led to an improved user experience.
  • Within 6 months, you’re responsible for following up on the effect of our weekly release, interpreting positive or negative consequences of changes that our engineering team made as well as communicating those consequences.
  • Within 12 months, you have improved key product KPIs by at least 3%.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • You can spot patterns in data. You can not leave a question unanswered, or come with a half-baked answer.
  • You know how to gather, process and interpret various data sources to support product decisions (analytics, feedback, trends, user tests, …), and you know SQL.
  • You are intelligent, efficient, and organized. You have an attention to detail.
  • You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.
