What you’ll do:
- Screen Applicants: Review applications, resumes, and video submissions to evaluate candidates against predefined criteria.
- Coordinate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing email outreach, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed.
- Grow the Candidate Pipeline: Post job openings, source candidates through online platforms, and ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Maintain Candidate Records: Organize and update records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Facilitate a Seamless Candidate Experience: Ensure all touchpoints with candidates are professional, timely, and reflect Nutrisenses values.
- Support Process Improvements: Collaborate with the hiring team to identify opportunities for efficiency and refine workflows to scale our recruitment efforts
