Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist to help us find Genies all over the world and grow our team in alignment with our culture and values. As a Recruitment Specialist you will focus on finding, interviewing, and hiring new employees to fill our open positions and meet company workforce needs. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Are you ready? You’ll be responsible for various tasks in the following areas:

  • Job analysis and planning.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify job requirements, duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Sourcing Candidates.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media, career fairs, and networking.
  • Utilize recruitment tool Ashby and platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to source high-quality candidates.
  • Screening and Selection.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests and assessments, if applicable.
  • Candidate Experience.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and keep them informed of their application status.
  • Employer Branding.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and manage employer branding initiatives.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Data Management and Reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to your lead and hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
