Are you an experienced coach and sales leader ready to drive impact through innovative training and sales enablement? RoomPriceGenie is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our team’s performance, enhance our educational content platform, and build a robust coaching culture within our sales organization.

  • Sales Coaching and Development: Lead impactful coaching sessions that go beyond training, helping team members unlock their full potential. Foster skill-building, confidence, and growth through one-on-one coaching and group development sessions.
  • Team Management and Mentorship: Utilize your 1-2 years of team management experience to guide our sales team with a supportive, hands-on approach. Mentor and develop individuals within the team, ensuring they’re equipped for success and aligned with RoomPriceGenie’s strategic goals.
  • Content and Platform Improvement: Refine and expand our education content platform to meet the evolving needs of our sales team. Develop resources and materials that facilitate learning experiences, leveraging platforms like Modjo and Guru.
  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Management teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous advancement in our sales processes.
