Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements in line with company policies and procedures
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, with experience in remote sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the executive search industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools and CRM software
