Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales agreements in line with company policies and procedures
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with experience in remote sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships remotely
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the executive search industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools and CRM software
