Description:
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will leverage your expertise to guide customers through their travel planning process, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying and securing sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their travel preferences and offering personalised recommendations.
Provide expert advice on travel products, packages, and services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide accurate and relevant advice.
Collaborate with the team to optimise sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry or a related field.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is an advantage.
