Our young and motivated team is distributed worldwide, with a remote-first culture and available working offices in Mannheim and Berlin, Germany, as well as Steinhausen, Switzerland. We’re looking for people with a passion for design who want to be part of our mission of helping hoteliers make more revenue with our software. As a Remote Social Media & Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:

Design: One of the main priorities of a Social Media & Graphic Designer is designing and implementing high-quality graphic content. Through your visuals, graphics, videos, presentations, and other content, you will bring RoomPriceGenie to the next generation, both on our social media and all other marketing channels.

• Video: Whether it is creating demo videos, explainers, or short clips for social, videos will be a major part of our visual communication strategy, and you lead these efforts.
• Improving Marketing Effectiveness: You work closely with the marketing department to create a strong visual presence. This includes designing top-notch content for ads, banners, product pages, social channels, etc. You stay up-to-date with current marketing trends so that they can create adequate visual content that generates conversions and sales.
• Social Media: You are the owner and curator of our social media channels. With the support of our content writer and the marketing team, you build and execute the social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Brand building: With your design skills, you elevate the RoomPriceGenie brand. Whether it is live at a conference or online, you help to bring the Genie alive with your visual communications. You bring consistency and cohesiveness to our visual brand strategy.
