Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Remote Telemarketer/Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team. You must be confident on the phone, with excellent written and spoken English, as your main task will be engaging with potential US clients through outbound calls. Your ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and set appointments efficiently is key to your success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Provide information about our products and services to prospective customers.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
