By leveraging your passion for adventure and exceptional sales skills, you’ll inspire customers to explore the globe, from breathtaking cruises to exotic destinations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Travel Industry Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various shifts to accommodate different time zones.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Travel Enthusiast: Passion for travel and cruising is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Base 800€ / month plus commissions and bonuses
- 400€ - 1200€/ month in commissions
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable Internet: High-speed internet connection with at least 30Mbps upload and download speeds for VoIP.
- Ethernet Connection: A wired ethernet connection is essential for optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
- Sell with Passion: Convince customers to invest in our exclusive travel packages, offering incredible value and benefits.
- Maximize Opportunities: Cross-sell and upsell additional travel services to enhance each customer’s experience.
- Build Relationships: Engage in outbound and inbound calls to understand customer needs and build lasting connections.
- Recommend Perfectly: Identify and recommend the ideal travel packages tailored to each customer’s preferences and budget.
- Promote with Enthusiasm: Share your expertise and passion for travel to inspire customers and drive sales.
- Team Success: Contribute to the team’s overall success by achieving key performance indicators.
