Salary: £50,000 OTE (basic salary up to £25,000 plus bonus and uncapped commission)
Location: Solihull
Hours of work: Monday to Friday full-time including weekends on a rota basis
REQUIRED SKILLS AS A SALES EXECUTIVE:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle.
