Renewable Energy Operational Excellence System Implementation Manager

In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our portfolio of renewable energy assets in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive operational excellence system to optimize performance, maximize asset life, and ensure long-term profitability. You will also oversee the day-to-day management of assigned assets, working collaboratively with our technical, finance, and business development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a robust operational excellence system across asset portfolio.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset performance, maintenance, and financial health.
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the development and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for assigned assets.
• Manage asset budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with technical teams on maintenance activities and troubleshooting issues.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting for assigned assets.
• Interface with business development to support project optimization and future growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and deliver reports on asset performance and operational metrics to senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy (Solar)
• Proven track record in implementing and managing operational excellence programs.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar).
• Experience with performance management (PM) systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
• Fluency in English.
