EDUCATION:

• Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree.
• Open to various educational backgrounds.
• Finished Internship.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 0-1 year of professional experience.
• Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage.
• Microsoft Excel: Advanced level and Power BI knowledge.
• English Level 2: Conversational (Able to understand and formulate verbal and written communication).

Position title: Renewals Operations Associate – Early Career Talent
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Type of contract: Temporary position

Duration: Up to 2 years

• Reporting and Analysis
• Review, gather and identify key business metrics and standards that keep a pulse on our business.
• Prepare weekly renewals forecast information.
• Support with ad-hoc reporting the renewals management team.
• Maintain a clean renewals pipeline by tracking opportunities in the system.
• Process Support
• Participate in the definition of new reports and process to better support the area.
• Follow the North Cloud terminations requests.
• Support Sales Operation and CSM teams with renewals and churn reports.
• Tools
• Intensive use of internal system and advance spreadsheets (excel, power bi)
