QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the rental department, ensuring vehicle availability and timely service.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the rental fleet, including organizing maintenance schedules and managing inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental sales and customer retention.
- Train and supervise rental staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations, providing assistance as needed.
- Process rental agreements, collect payments, and track rental activity.
- Work collaboratively with the Service department to promote the rental program.
