Description:

The Role

  • Analyse and manage repair orders and processes within the supply chain. • Cut and process repair orders efficiently to ensure timely maintenance and repairs. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate timely repairs. • Utilize Microsoft tools (dashboards and pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance with service level agreements. • Identify trends in repair delays and develop strategies for improvement. • Assist in the development of repair process documentation and standard operating procedures. • Maintain accurate records of repair transactions and supplier communications. • Support inventory management by ensuring parts availability and tracking usage. • Prepare regular reports on repair metrics and supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in supply chain or repair analysis in Airlines / Aerospace or Aviation Industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
