Job Title: CA Repair Receiver/Picker
Department: 21 – Production
Reports To: Service Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly, Full-Time
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with the receipt and processing of all incoming repair and warranty returns through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as well as conducting thorough inspections and ensuring proper handling of completed units prior to shipment. This role also involves supporting the shipping process by picking, invoicing, and delivering orders to shipping for external customers in a timely and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- General knowledge of Windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction among the staff.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while processing various order-related tasks. The incumbent will be required to lift up to 100 pounds frequently throughout their duties and operate heavy machinery for warehouse duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying the accuracy of orders in both the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Spectrum software to ensure seamless processing.
- Conduct systematic inspections of incoming units and accurately entering serial numbers, firmware, and series information into CRM.
- Generating shipping labels, cost reports, and new pick tickets.
- Processing FNFP, NIB, and surplus orders through CRM.
- Picking and invoicing sales orders.
- Ensuring timely delivery of requisitions and sales orders to the appropriate parties.
- Receiving and storing new inventory in designated areas.
- Conducting regular cycle counts of existing inventory at the direction of management.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, as directed by management.
- Effective communication is essential in this role, requiring the ability to send timely emails to managers and sales staff.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
