POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Repair Technicians are a key partner in managing the day to day business at the repair station. He/She will ensure smooth and efficient repair processes as well as make serviceable aviation equipment within the boundaries of the company certification.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • General knowledge of aviation regulations a plus.
  • High School Diploma, A&P license preferred.
  • Ability to interface with computers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read technical publications and drawings.
  • Familiarity with systems within a production environment.
  • Exposure to quality systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Component in the use of hand tools.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and oral English.
  • Flexible, agile, adaptable and self-motivated.
  • Passion for Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair aviation components in accordance with the relevant OEM technical publications and company MOE.
  • Performing any additional maintenance (re-work), which may not have been recorded on the Work Order and was found unsatisfactory during an inspection.
  • Abide by all company and aviation authority procedures.
  • Undertake administrative duties with attention to accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Report discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Meet production targets.
  • Carry out other duties as and when directed, like cleaning containers or pallets etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
