Description:

Are you ready to be part of something special? Welcome to settle, where our brand-new 2030 strategy marks the beginning of an exciting journey. With a loyal commitment to providing excellent service to our residents, there’s no better time to join our crew.
Our 23,000 diverse residents are the heart of settle, and we place them at the centre of everything we do. Operating across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire, you’ll play a crucial role in providing safe, high-quality homes where residents can take pride and create lasting memories.
By working closely with local stakeholders, we identify sector needs and develop strategic plans, including delivering new, affordable homes to meet housing demands. We champion diversity across all areas of our organisation and are particularly focused on welcoming applications from females, to address the underrepresentation of women in our property roles.
We are looking for a Repairs service manager to join and oversee our in-house Repairs Services function. With several direct reports and a team of trade operatives, you will oversee pre-inspections, specify, supervise and complete a range of repair, maintenance and refurbishment works. We are looking for a technically strong, dynamic individual to work collaboratively cross-functionally to maximise the viability of the service through income-generating opportunities.
