Two years’ expert training:

What you’ll learn:
We’ll train you to apply technical knowledge to diagnose problems and fix them for our customers. As you do this, you’ll work towards essential industry-recognised certificates.
You will also learn how to interact with our customers through our revolutionary RepairLive service, helping to resolve their issues via a two-way video call as part of our Omi-Colleague development plan.
Taking it apart:
You’ll be gaining functional, creative thinking and problem solving abilities. Expect to learn the theory and practice of repairing laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

You will need:

  • 5 GCSEs grade A/9 – C/4 (ideally English and Maths at C/4) or equivalent e.g. Scottish Standard Grades or Nationals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
