A BIT ABOUT OUR REPAIRS TEAM:

Our Repairs team is often the place where people start their careers within Novatech. The core team is incredibly friendly and supportive. They work with a number of departments across the business, so you’ll get to speak to lots of people as part of your day-to-day work. They are also passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Our Repairs Supervisor is someone who thrives on training and developing people to help them reach their full potential. The team are looking forward to having someone new join them soon!

The Novatech Repairs team delivers support to all our customers by providing a great repairs service, when our customers need it, on Novatech PCs, Laptops and also 3rd party branded units. Our team are passionate about what they do which means our customers always receive a first-class service.
Due to the nature of the work our repairs team do, this role would be based at our head offices, in Portchester, Hampshire.
