Job Description
Are you ready to take on an exciting role as a Replenishment Analyst at Drexel? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail operations. As the Replenishment Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing replenishment planning, forecasting, and analytics for our retail customers.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of replenishment planning for Drexel’s retail customers, ensuring that both Drexel and customer service level agreements (SLA’s), key performance indicators (KPI’s), requirements, and reporting needs are met and exceeded. By generating and evaluating performance analytics for all areas of retail replenishment constantly and diligently, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our operations.
An ideal candidate would possess expertise in replenishment planning, forecasting, and analytics within the retail distribution sector. If you have experience in the mobile phone industry and a proven track record of understanding and adapting replenishment planning to industry trends and cycles, you’ll be a great fit for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Analytics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in replenishment planning, forecasting, retail procurement, and/or analytics for retail distribution.
  • Experience in the mobile phone industry is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of mobile retail market trends and cycles.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, Jet Reports and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and “outside-the-box”.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with professional approach to customer relations.
  • A strong self-starter with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform all administrative functions for Vendor Managed Inventory customers. Including:
  • Replenishment planning and scheduling.
  • Determine and set store levels.
  • Perform daily review of levels and requirements.
  • Determine and process Drop shipments.
  • Participate in CPFR process.
  • In-store Inventory management.
  • Determine and set in store levels.
  • Maintain and exceed KPI requirements for in stock and inventory turn targets.
  • Work with National Account Manager to manage Assortment and Life Cycle.
  • Sales forecasting and analytics.
  • Create and generate performance reporting and analytics for Key Parties.
  • Direct Operations/Warehouse team workload and priorities.
  • Coordinate Reverse Logistics.
  • Communicate all aspects effectively to Key Parties.
  • Provide customer service and work collaboratively with various retail customer teams to ensure SLA’s are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Including:
  • Tracking and ensuring delivery of all shipments in line with SLA requirements. Actively resolving and communicating issues or exceptions.
  • Identifying and resolving shipping discrepancies systematically and with retail customers.
  • Process and resolve return requests and shipments.
  • Process store inventory requests (wishlist) from stores or retail partner.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to Key Parties as required for all the above.
  • Maintain software data requirements and regular maintenance as required (i.e., new store, new listings, regular replenishment orders, etc.).
  • Work with procurement team to maintain DC levels and metrics. Provide purchase forecast and analytics and maintain system inventory requirements.
  • Other duties as required.
