Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- End to end Project management of CX reports including testing and evaluations.
- Leading in-vehicle evaluations of vehicle user experience
- Applying expertise in analysis and report writing, collaborating with a range of SBD experts to generate actionable insights
- Developing broad industry and topic awareness and applying methodologies to deliver valuable insights that our clients can action
- Developing product group improvements through listening to client feedback
This role is working in the Analytical Reports team reporting to the Analytical Reports Manager.
FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- A passion for objectively understanding a consumer’s journey in interacting with technology
- Significant experience relating to Human Factors, HMI, User Experience and/or Consumer Experience. This may be within the Automotive Industry or within parallel industries such as Consumer Electronics.
- Previous experience of writing analysis that gives insight into a complex topic where the reader will be balancing nuanced decisions.
- Experience of following physical (e.g. in-vehicle) or simulated user level testing methodologies which include qualitative analysis.
- Ability to quickly assimilate fundamentals of new technology topics so that delivery skills can be applied to new products – e.g. comfortable with jumping between connected, electrified and ADAS domains.
- Logical & visual thinker: Able to create slides that convey complex messages.
- High standard of written and verbal communication in English.
- Team focused approach.
