Discover this great opportunity to be a part of our Emergency Response Team, called upon in the event of a natural disaster. Serco supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by employing temporary hires to assist with the delivery of disaster assistance for individuals and households.
We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential customer service support for relief efforts in a virtual 24/7 remote call center with various 40 hour a week shifts available, days, nights and weekends. The reporting analyst role is crucial in helping the Serco team help those affected by disaster and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
This initial assignment is approximately 120 days, with the possibility of extension, and may called upon in the event of other natural disasters. The position will pay based on federal guidelines and associated experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Education: High school diploma, or an Associate Degree in a closely related field from an accredited institution. At least three (3) years of experience performing reporting or data analytics experience may be substituted.
  • General Experience: Must have four (4) years of experience as a reporting, data or business analyst.
  • Advanced skill in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Business Intelligence Platform Administration (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results, on time and on target.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other departments and team members to resolve issues.
  • Flexibility to cover operational hours for the Call Center (24/7)
