JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing efforts by providing data-driven insights and analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and other marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making and help us optimize our marketing efforts for maximum reach and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing terminology and campaign measurement best practices is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and cleaning marketing data from various sources (e.g., campaign management platforms, web analytics tools, CRM)
  • Report on quantitative and qualitative information from a variety of systems and resources for a consolidated view of marketing activities.
  • Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and analysis results.
  • Communicate marketing performance, conclusions and recommendations with peers, management, and business stakeholders.
  • Run adhoc reports for the marketing team.
  • Participate in ongoing projects to develop and implement new marketing measurement frameworks
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics trends and tools
