We are looking for people who:

Have familiarity with financial, HR and payroll systems, and worked in a back office setting either in Finance, HR and/or IT and/or Shared Services

• Have project planning processes, techniques and tools and the required governance around this.
• Can manage customer insight and reporting projects
• Can facilitate business change, ensuring changes are successfully embedded into the operation
• Have knowledge of process automation tools, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Can create and develop reporting improvements to meet the requirements of stakeholders as well as driving forward business change
