The Reporting Optimisation Manager works within the defined procedures of the Finance team and provides the following accountabilities:

  • Work closely with key Finance stakeholders to review existing reporting platform and explore opportunities for automation and optimisation.
  • Create and develop solutions with both a technical and business acumen.
  • Bring conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a background of dealing with complex business models, to reporting solution.
  • Responsible for recommending data management and reporting enhancements, and delivery if the enhancements are endorsed.
  • Serve as the point person for reporting enhancements and reporting transformation.
  • Review and refine the process documentation attached to reporting and data management

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Reporting Optimisation Manager is responsible for driving reporting and data solutions across Finance. The role will work collaboratively with the Finance team and broader business to ensure automation and process efficiency underpins all reporting moving forward. Success in this role is being able to work closely with the Finance team, understand their reporting requirements, articulate recommended enhancements and deliver on agreed solution. The role will also engage the Technology team and Customer and Data team to ensure data is structured in a way that facilitates reporting requirements.
