QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en vente technique ou dans un rôle similaire en Amérique du Nord.
  • Baccalauréat en Administration, Relations publiques, Génie mécanique, Génie civil ou autre domaine pertinent pour le type d’entreprise.
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Profil de type « hunter », orienté vers le développement d’affaires.
  • Solide réseau de contacts dans le secteur de la construction et de l’architecture.
  • Capacité exceptionnelle d’écoute et fortes aptitudes en négociation et communication.
  • Aptitude à convaincre, à motiver et être capable de gérer les objections.
  • Ambitieux, proactif et déterminé à réussir.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et des priorités.
  • Aisance dans les situations d’incertitude au sein d’une entreprise en croissance.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for prospecting and managing a robust client portfolio, this role plays a key part in achieving and exceeding the company’s sales objectives as well as in developing and implementing sales strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 5 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role in North America.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another relevant field for the company.
  • Perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written.
  • “Hunter” profile, focused on business development.
  • Strong network of contacts in the construction and architecture sectors.
  • Exceptional listening skills and strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to persuade, motivate, and manage objections.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and determined to succeed.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfort in uncertain situations within a growing company.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Ability to adapt to all types of clients and audiences.
  • Ease in understanding and explaining manufacturing processes.
  • Comfort working in a team or independently.
  • Intellectual curiosity and very good general knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport for frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new territories and client accounts.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present and negotiate projects and partnerships with various audiences.
  • Adapt marketing strategies based on market analyses.

MAIN TASKS

  • Manage a client portfolio with a split of 30% maintenance and 70% new account development.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, andpropose suitable solutions to enhance company sales.
  • Follow up on opportunities, document client account activities in the CRM.
  • Prepare sales proposals and service offers and present them to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and establish new professional contacts.
  • Actively participate in the development of various sales strategies and implement them toachieve company objectives.
  • Travel frequently to meet clients.
