Description:

En tant que Représentant - Ventes Internes, vous devrez prospecter la nouvelle clientèle principalement par téléphone et par courriel, afin d’augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de la société en obtenant et en augmentant les commandes, en créant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur à l’expérience d’achat du client. Vous vous concentrerez sur les techniques de vente proactive afin d’accroître les affaires pour élargir le port folio de clients. Vous collaborerez avec les ventes externes pour vous assurer que les objectifs sont atteints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capacité à prospecter de la nouvelle clientèle.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; baccalauréat préféré.
  • Connaissances et expérience requises dans le domaine de la vente et de l’administration des ventes ; encore en train d’acquérir des connaissances et des compétences de niveau supérieur, mais contributeur professionnel pleinement compétent et productif (2-4 ans).
  • Familiarité avec Microsoft Office, et capacité à effectuer des tâches informatiques de base.
  • Familier avec le câblage structuré, la fibre optique, les centres de données (un atout).
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Souci du détail.
  • Capacité à prendre des mesures et à résoudre une série de problèmes qui peuvent être difficiles mais qui ne sont généralement pas complexes.

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you will need to prospect new clients primarily through phone and email to increase sales of the company’s products and/or services by securing and boosting orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer shopping experience. You will focus on proactive sales techniques to grow the business and expand the client portfolio. You will collaborate with external sales to ensure that goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to prospect new customers.
  • Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiar with structured cabling, fiber optics, data centers (an asset).
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit various prospect lists
  • Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
  • Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining specifications.
  • Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotes to obtain orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
  • Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
  • Review customer backorder reports and take action on backordered items, including those at risk of not meeting customer promised delivery date.
  • Maintains distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
  • Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
