We are searching the best talent for a Sales Representative to be inCali, Colombia.
Purpose: Responsible for achieving pharmaceutical product sales to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Essential Duties:
- Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new therapeutics.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the products’ clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information as needed, and achieve their sales objectives.
- Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business (i.e., identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration).
- Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.
- Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
- Appropriately use all marketing tools and resources, including computer generated presentations, uses closing skills to move sale to next step (i.e., another appointment, in-service, patient identification, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Experience of 3-5 years in a commercial role, preferably having experience in hematology is desired
- Knowledge of the patient journey
- Completed bachelor’s degree in administration, areas of health, economics, etc.
- Intermediate - advanced Excel - management of data analysis
- Knowledge of sales skills and techniques is required
- Knowledge in the health system is preferred
- Knowledge of value propositions and pharmacoeconomics is preferred
- Intermediate - Advanced English
