Overview of the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, this role will act as a Company ambassador and liaison between our valuable customers and internal departments, in a fast-paced, team environment.
Schedule: Monday- Saturday
Salary: Minimum $21.00/per hour. Offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills and training.

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Working cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales
  • Participate in driving customer value, above and beyond sales
  • Assisting team members with related duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required or assigned
  • Keying orders, route verifications, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Display competence, courtesy and professionalism at all times
  • Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential
  • Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must
  • Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
  • Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement)
